（RTT新闻）- 周三，Barrick黄金公司说它完成了早先公布的1.09亿普通股股票上市交易，其中包括按超额分配办法提供给承销商的1421万普通股，普通股每股36.95美元，总收入40亿美元。

股票上市后，Barrick说其上市普通股总数为9.83亿。Barrick计划使用上市的净收入解除其所有固定价格（非参与性）的未来12个月的黄金合约，以及部分浮动现货（完全参与性）黄金合约。

(RTTNews) -  Wednesday, Barrick Gold Corp. (ABX: News ,ABX.TO: News ) said it completed its earlier announced bought deal equity offering of about 109 million common shares, including 14.21 million common shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters related to the offering, at a price of $36.95 per common share for gross proceeds of about $4 billion.

As a result of the completion of this offering, Barrick stated that its common shares outstanding increased to about 983 million. Barrick plans to use the net proceeds of the offering to eliminate all of its fixed priced (non-participating) gold contracts within the next 12 months, and the remaining net proceeds to eliminate a portion of its floating spot-price (fully participating) gold contracts.
