周二（2月21日）希腊债务危机进入生死存亡关头，欧元区财长会议如期举行，商讨是否向希腊批出新一轮1300亿欧元续命贷款，预料将顺利通过，但希腊财长韦尼泽洛斯于会前称，部分细节的谈判料持续至最后一刻。据报，国际货币基金组织(IMF)缩减出资，意味各国政府将要提供更多援金，他们正谋求欧洲央行帮助，压缩希腊新援助贷款的成本。

另外德国财政部昨日也曾警告仍有细节待定，不过财长朔伊布勒则称对达成协议感“乐观”。法国财长巴鲁安会前表示万事俱备，欧盟财长已准备同意协议。IMF总裁拉加德赞扬希腊的重大努力，称现在是欧元区财长及欧盟等机构出手的时候。意大利总理蒙蒂昨表示，希腊正处于“危险爆发点”，欧盟必须快速行动，找出解危方法。  

欧元兑美元

开盘价1.3207，昨收价1.3207，最低价1.3203，最高价1.3225，现报1.3223。希腊市场仍等待救助协议的同意。虽然债务事件拖延，但市场保持乐观和期望，即将达成协议促使欧元走高。隔夜中国将存款准备金率0.5个百分点，欧美达1.3237美元，前日希腊乐观使欧美高达1.3277美元。

Close, but no cigars in Greece as markets still wait for the bailout deal to be agreed. Whilst the debtsaga drags on markets remained optimistic and expectations that an agreement was imminentdrove the euro higher. Overnight, China cut its reserve ratio requirement by 50bps which sent thepair to US$1.3237, before Greek optimism capped a session high of US$1.3277.

开盘价0.9135，昨收价0.9135，最低价0.9125，最高价0.9139，现报0.9127。美瑞今日走势憔悴，跌至近11周低点0.9087，谨慎乐观的投资者在希腊问题后恐将进入风险更高的货币。

The pair shifted a leg lower today to languish near 11-week lows after hitting CHF0.9087 withcautious optimism over Greece driving investors back into riskier currencies.

美元兑日元

开盘价79.62，昨收价79.61，最低价79.60，最高价79.73，现报79.73。美元的力量促使美日走高，隔夜日本央行奥古斯都干预是美日达79.89高点。但这并不持续，美日追回损失后达79.62。

Dollar strength drove the pair to its highest point since Augusts BoJ intervention as it capped a79.89 high overnight. This could not be sustained and the Yen clawed back some losses to finishthe day near 79.62.

英镑兑美元

开盘价1.5830，昨收价1.5824，最低价1.5819，最高价1.5833，现报1.5828。英美走高，支持走高因素在期望希腊二次救援。英美高达1.5880美元，但未能保持，关注英国经济复苏。

The broader move higher overnight was supported throughout the day by expectations of animpending deal for a second Greek bailout. Cable posted session high of US$1.5880 which it failedto hold as concerns lingered about the recovery of the UK economy.

澳元兑美元

开盘价1.0725，昨收价1.0720，最低价1.0704，最高价1.0735，现报1.0729。隔夜澳美达到1.0816美元高。市场情绪正在改善，澳美随后跌近1.0750美元。

The pair gapped higher overnight as it hit US$1.0816 high. During the day the general improvementin sentiment aided the pair, but it grinded lower to finish near US$1.0750.
