Int’l Group (SZSE: 000411) announces the guarantee provide by Int’l Logistics for Int’l Pharmaceutical

On September 23, 2009 Zhejiang Int’l Logistics Company signed the Maximum Mortgage Contract with a Hangzhou branch of the Bank of China, mortgaging its property for the loan of Int’l Pharmaceutical from September 23, 2009 to June 24, 2011, with the maximum principal not more than RMB 35 million under the contract.
