Shenzhen Textile A (SZSE: 000045) announces the reminder for progress in purchase of subsidiary’s equity

With regard to 52.05 percent equity of a company purchased by Shenzhen Textile (Holdings) Company Limited at the consideration of RMB 78 million, the company transferred the remaining purchase money of RMB 39 million and its interest RMB 473850 to the designated account of the target company on September 23, 2009.
