郭特华女士现任工银瑞信基金管理公司董事、总经理。
郭特华女士拥有19年金融从业经历，10年基金从业经验。郭特华女士于1989年加入中国工商银行，先后在总行商业信贷部、资金计划部和资产托管部工作。历任中国工商银行资金计划部副处长、资产托管部处长、副总经理。
郭特华女士获华中师范大学数学系数学学士学位，西南财经大学计统系经济学硕士学位，中国人民银行研究生部经济学博士学位。

Ms. GUO Tehua has more than 19 years experience in financial industry and more than 10 years experience in asset management business. She used to work at ICBC’s Commercial Loans Department, Treasury & Planning Department, and was Deputy General Manager of ICBC’s Asset Custody Department.
Ms. GUO Tehua got bachelor degree in mathematics from Huazhong Normal University, master degree in economics from South Western University of Finance and Economics, and Ph.D from Graduate School of the People’s Bank of China.
