全景网7月21日讯 宝光股份（600379）周二披露，公司于当日收到中国证券监督管理委员会《调查通知书》（陕证调查字2015009号）。因涉嫌违反证券法律法规，中国证券监督管理委员会决定对公司立案调查。
公司表示，在调查期间将积极配合中国证券监督管理委员会的调查工作，并严格按照监管要求履行信息披露义务。
此外，因股票交易异常波动核查结果正常，公司股票将于7月22日起复牌。（全景网）
