全景网8月19日讯 交通银行（601328）周二盘后披露，公司于18日成功发行总额为280亿元的二级资本债券，用于补充二级资本。
本次债券为10年期固定利率品种，票面利率为5.8%，在第5年末附有前提条件的发行人赎回权。（全景网）
