全景网8月14日讯 两大国有上市银行中国银行（601988）和农业银行（601288）周四晚间同时披露公告称，公司发行优先股及修改公司章程已获得银监会核准。
根据此前公告，中国银行此次拟发行不超6亿优先股，募资600亿元；农业银行拟发行不超过8亿优先股，募资不超过800亿元。（全景网/刘磊）
