周一（2月27日）G20显示出强化欧洲防火墙和增加IMF资源的强烈意愿，但并没有就IMF资金来源及具体数额进行讨论。国际货币基金组织亚洲区前主管普拉斯德指出，欧元必须先“自救”，投入更多的资金，采取有效的措施加强金融防范。欧洲不自救，其他国家不可能注资IMF来帮助欧洲解决债务危机。美国、英国、日本等国就欧债危机的观点几乎相同。

欧元区财长就希腊第二轮援助方案达成协议后，希腊并非高枕无忧。德国议会2月27日将就希腊救助方案和EFSF的使用进行投票。3月1日-2日欧盟峰会，该会议将决定是否允许ESM和EFSF并行，以增加欧元区的救助能力。各国领导人可能也会给出其对第二轮救助计划的支持。此外，欧元集团主席容克(Jean-ClaudeJuncker)表示，不排除希腊需要第三轮援助的可能性。

The euro ended the week slightly off a 2-and-a-half month high at US$1.3458 after momentumfrom a recent bout of market optimism sent the pair higher. At one stage the pair hit US$1.3486with easing tensions across Europe driving risk appetite.

美元兑瑞郎

开盘价0.8943，昨收价0.8949，最低价0.8943，最高价0.8960，现报0.8958。美瑞走势符合最近市场的举动，跌至0.8931瑞士法郎，风险继续，美元疲软。

Consistent with recent moves, the pair fell for another session as it slumped to CHF0.8931 after abroader return to risk continued, weakening the dollar.

美元兑日元

开盘价81.45，昨收价80.98，最低价80.99，最高价81.46，现报81.17。日元遭受了短暂的喘息。美日晚间升至81.07的一日高点，但还未到2011年7月水平。

Respite for the Yen was short-lived as the Yen suffered heavily again. The pair rose to 81.07 late inthe day reaching levels that haven’t been seen since July 2011.

英镑兑美元

开盘价1.5883，昨收价1.5896，最低价1.5859，最高价1.5885，现报1.5862。英美强收益上涨至1.5894美元的高度。它试图恢复损失，早些时候的好处不仅有偏差，而且英国经济有继续复苏的迹象。

The rollercoaster week for Cable finished with the pair making strong gains as it rallied toUS$1.5894 high. It managed to recuperate losses made earlier as it benefited not only from theliberal deviation to risk of late, but also continuing signs of revival in the UK economy.

澳元兑美元

开盘价1.0693，昨收价1.0693，最低价1.0661，最高价1.0696，现报1.0684。风险货币澳美跌至1.0700美元以下，一天也没有找到任何乐观，最终达1.0690美元低点。

The riskier pair stumbled back below US$1.0700 on the day as it failed to find any benefit from theprevailing optimism out of Europe, eventually posting US$1.0690 low.
