周三（2月15日）欧债危机将在接下来的几个月迎来集中偿还期，在此背景下，中国的态度显得至关重要。中国央行认为欧洲基本面强劲，缓解市场对欧债忧虑。在两国官员遥相呼应下，市场情绪逐渐升温，欧元等风险货币买盘逐渐壮大，欧元/美元、澳元/美元均触底反弹。

欧洲理事会主席范龙佩表示，欧盟经济必须加快增长，创造更多就业及追求竞争优势。范龙佩高度评价中国的信心，并赞赏中国对危机的反应。

中国央行行长周小川随即做出表示，将支持欧元区采取的各项措施。中国对欧元有信心，欧元经受住全球金融危机和欧债危机的考验。中国将以安全性、保值性和增值性的原则继续投资欧债。且将通过IMF和EFSF在化解欧债危机中发挥更大作用。

欧元区财长周二(2月14日)取消了原定于周三(2月15日)就希腊新的国际救援计划举行特别面对面会议的计划，称该国政党领袖没能给出其要求的改革承诺。

欧元兑美元

开盘价1.3127，昨收价1.3127，最低价1.3111，最高价1.3161，现报1.3155。周末希腊议会终于通过了新的财政紧缩措施，并为市场带来了一些救济。伦敦早盘交易欧元高收益达到1.3283美元。但这并没有持续，因投资者仍关注希腊剩余的障碍，本周关注欧元区财长会议，欧美达1.3185美元低点。

The Greek parliament finally passed new austerity measures over the weekend which brought some relief to markets early in the day. The euro made gains reaching US$1.3283 high in early London trading. This did not last as investors focused on the remaining hurdles for Greece, starting with a meeting with euro zone finance ministers mid-week sending the pair to US$1.3185 low.

美元兑瑞郎

开盘价0.9196，昨收价0.9196，最低价0.9174，最高价0.9209，现报0.9176。大量消息扭转欧元走势，美瑞也触及0.9103瑞郎低点，扭转之前美元恢复了其吸引力。美瑞最终达0.9162瑞郎高点。

Very much a reversal of moves in the euro as it touched a CHF0.9103 low, before reversing as the dollar regained its appeal. The pair eventually reached CHF0.9162 high at the end of the day.

开盘价78.40，昨收价78.40，最低价78.34，最高价78.65，现报78.52。无声的行动使美日再次陷入区间范围。日元温和的收益在77.40美元低点，最终收盘接近77.59美元。

Muted action in the pair again following yesterday’s slip into range. The Yen made mild gains on the day as the pair posted ￥77.40 low, eventually closing near ￥77.59.

英镑兑美元

开盘价1.5690，昨收价1.5687，最低价1.5675，最高价1.5713，现报1.5708。数据较少，希腊问题驱动市场。隔夜伦敦市场达1.5827美元，但应关注镑美承压跌到1.5767美元。

A quiet day on the data front left Greece free to drive the markets. Overnight and into early trading in London, a rally pushed Cable to US$1.5827 high, but concerns weighed heavy and the pair felt the pressure as it slipped back to US$1.5767.

澳元兑美元

开盘价1.0699，昨收价1.0699，最低价1.0667，最高价1.0733，现报1.7024。早盘风险较高，澳美上限1.0778美元，忧虑来自欧洲，澳美收盘略低于1.0733美元。

Risk-on morning drove the pair higher to cap US$1.0778 as worries emanating from Europe left the pair slightly lower at US$1.0733.
