2 companies issue IPO prospectuses

The 2 companies, Guangdong Hongtu Technology (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002101) and Fujian Guanfu Modern Household Wares Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002102) today issued their IPO prospectuses. According to their prospectuses, the former intends to issue 17 million A-shares and the latter, 50 million, both through offline placement on December 15, 2006 and December 18 2006 and online public offering on December 18, 2006.
